The III M system

The III M system is a multi-functional, double-walled, thermally insulated exhaust gas system that is made from stainless steel and it is a further development of the well-tried III system and the III FU system with all of their benefits. The system is used with exhaust gas temperatures of up to 600 °C. The exhaust gas system can be operated in not only dry but also in moist (condensing) conditions. A FKM seal (article no. 1M05DT0##, please order it separately) can be inserted into the sleeve of the flue pipe to suit exhaust gas temperatures of up to 200 °C. As a result, a system of Pressure Class N1 that is suitable for negative pressure can be converted into a system of Pressure Class P1 (200 Pa) or even H1 (5,000 Pa) that is suitable for overpressure. The seal can be adhered in the factory from a diameter of 300 mm and upwards, for simplified and easier handling. The article number 3MG5##### must be chosen for this purpose. The article numbers 3ME5##### or 3ME5##### plus 1M05DT0## must be chosen in all other cases.

A long service life will also be guaranteed with this form of assembly because the seal is not directly exposed to the aggressive exhaust gas. The III M system is suitable for sold fuels, EL heating oil and gas-fired boilers, as well as calorific systems. Please follow the assembly instructions for double-walled systems for this purpose.

The system is manufactured with diameters ranging from 80 mm to 450 mm and it quickly reaches the temperature of the exhaust gases because of the thin-walled inner shell; thereby ensuring high resistance to draughts.
